About Us
Our Philosophy:
Learn Through Play
We follow a developmental approach to early childhood education. That means we meet each child where they are and help them grow through play-based, age-appropriate experiences.
Our classrooms are filled with carefully selected materials and activities that spark curiosity, invite cooperation, and build skills across all areas of development.
We focus on nurturing:
-
A strong sense of self
-
Positive relationships with others
-
A lifelong love for learning
Everything we do—from our daily routines to field trips and seasonal projects—is designed to help children feel confident, capable, and joyful.
Our Core Beliefs:
-
Every child can thrive
We meet children where they are, building on their strengths while introducing new concepts through fun, hands-on learning. -
Play is powerful
Children learn best through meaningful play, collaborative projects, as well as real-world experiences, such as nature walks and local field trips. -
Strong families build strong learners
We offer materials and opportunities that welcome and support parent involvement. -
We grow, too
Our staff is committed to ongoing professional development and active engagement within the wider educational community.

Our Objective:
Whole Child Development
We provide a nurturing, play-based environment rooted in child development research. Our caring, experienced educators recognize every child’s unique learning style and design daily activities that support cognitive, emotional, physical, and social growth. Healthy snacks provided by the school are carefully selected to offer balanced nutrition and support healthy development.
Children enjoy a safe and stimulating place to learn, move, and grow each day. Our facilities include two adventure-style playgrounds for creative outdoor play, a vegetable garden for hands-on exploration, three bright, age-appropriate classrooms, a gym for active movement, and dedicated spaces for music, art, and cooking activities.
We also enrich children’s experiences with field trips that extend learning beyond the classroom. Using Department of Transportation (DOT) school buses, we explore nature trails, museums, and community spaces, giving children opportunities to connect with the world around them in meaningful ways.
Here's what we focus on each day:
-
Social-emotional learning
Building confidence, self-awareness, and positive relationships. -
Creative expression
Exploring art, music, dance, drama, and storytelling. -
Physical development
Developing both fine motor and large motor skills through movement and play. -
Cognitive growth
Encouraging thinking, problem-solving, and early academic readiness.
-
Aesthetic appreciation
Helping children notice beauty, express themselves, and respect others’ ideas. -
Curiosity about the world
Broadening their understanding through nature, culture, and community. -
Family partnership matters
We believe that learning happens best when there’s trust between home and school.
